Arizona Proposition 102 and Liberal Judges

Arizona Proposition 102 doesn't take away any rights (another misleading sound bite foisted on the easily confused by the media). It protects the law as it now stands in Arizona. Without Arizona constitutional protection, the law as it now stands can be challenged in court and overturned. (No, the previous court decision a few years back to uphold the law is NOT the final word.) Certain special interests in Arizona (and many more OUTSIDE of the state) keep trying to overturn the Arizona law (as they succeeded in doing in California). Constitutionally minded people here in Arizona are now fighting back, and the Senate placed this proposition on the ballot to protect our laws from outside influences and the liberal elite judges.

We must vote in favor of Arizona Proposition 102 to protect our laws.
